Windows on ssd, how to install it correctly?

how to put windows on ssd, with all attempts the result is the same - a black screen with a blinking cursor when loading

Make sure the disk is correct.
Make sure that the installation distribution is correct and correctly written to the media.

At what stage do you have a "blinking cursor"?
Plugged in the flash drive, turned on the computer - nothing happens and the cursor blinks? So the boot from the flash drive did not go at all. See boot priorities in bios.

I pulled out the old HDD, installed the SSD, plugged in a flash drive with Windows, went into bios, set the boot priority for the flash drive, saved it, rebooted .. ASUS inscription and after it a black screen with a cursor.
If I connect SSD and HDD, then the installation starts, Windows is installed, after installation it works. BUT .. one has only to pull out the HDD and again a black screen with a cursor.
As far as I understand, there is a hidden partition on the HDD that stores the recovery data and startup data, and the video needs to create the same partition on the SSD .. or not
