Windows Mobile as a webcam

There is an HTC Artemis phone lying around idle.
I would like to use it as a webcam, but with wifi broadcasting.
There is a Mobiola Web Camera program, but it can only transmit via cable or BT.
Maybe someone knows some solution?

I was also interested in this issue for a while, nothing sensible came of it. And yet, the camera will cope with this better, and there are fewer hemorrhoids.
