Windows: ISO image of a disk mounted via TrueCrypt

Is there a program in nature that makes an ISO image of an already mounted partition (i.e. decrypted)? And they do it not per file, but sector by sector (by file - you copy FIG, there is such a mess with access rights, with encodings in file names, etc., which is easier to do sector by sector).

I've been trying to find one for a couple of hours now, I've tried 5 utilities (including Acronis) - all to no avail.

ISO image, I mean, CD? Or do you need to copy a partition on your hard drive / flash drive?

If we are talking about Win7, then probably not ISO, but WIM. ImageX capture -> WIM, and then whatever you want.

Is "stupid" a new word for stupid?
If the case, then I would like to know why create a disk image at all, if you can always read it without creating an image? That is, you can simply take the entire file and use Truecrypt on another computer to read from it.
