After installing Windows 10 2004, there were several interesting situations - when creating an account, Google did not require confirmation of the phone number, and AMD Adrenalin did not want to be installed. But then the drivers got up, and Google began to force its phone number again.
There are bluestacks. This is an Android emulator that uses SOFTWARE emulation. The Android Emulator of Google Android Studio also uses SOFTWARE emulation. Is there a virtual machine for Windows that uses SOFTWARE virtualization and does NOT use hardware virtualization?!
Please tell me such a VM!

Parallels Workstation, VirtualBox, QEMU, VMware Workstation, Virtual PC, Bochs. Disable hardware virtualization, and use it to your health. Just keep in mind that without app. Wirth. you can only run x32 OS (except QEMU - it has the ability to run x64 OS, although the download can take several hours))).
