Windows does not start on a laptop, what should I do?

The Windows on the laptop flew off, the screen was broken because of this, I had to install Windows through the PC by connecting the hard drive. After installation, Windows does not start on the laptop.
Installed win7, samsung g540 laptop.
If you connect the monitor, then it turns on after loading Windows (start).
There were no disks on the PC, except from the laptop during installation.
Thank you all, advice fpir helped.

oh-ho-ho ... most likely the hard was connected to the computer, the old one was not disconnected, it remained on the old MBR or UEFI, the new Windows was registered in it, but not on the laptop MBR or it is outdated. And not finding the correct entry, the laptop loads the recovery partition. There may be several more reasons (most likely along with this one, and not instead).
Install Windows on a laptop by connecting an external monitor, or on a computer by disconnecting all other drives (then play around with the registry by googling the link to replace the motherboard without reinstalling Windows .

if the screen is broken, then you just need to connect an external monitor and install it on a laptop, not on a computer.
the image will be automatically displayed on the external monitor.
