Windows does not boot from a USB flash drive to MBR, why?

I have a flash drive with Windows.
GRUB with arch and kali
tried win vista, 10,7-10pe
to no avail
But Linux loads from a USB flash drive
What should I do?

I have been recording images of Windows from under the Windows virtual machine for a long time. Windows write only from under Windows. Oracle Virtual Box, USB forwarding, iso to usb with bootoble disk option.
This hemorrhoid has been with Windows images for a long time, then FiraDisk also had a special ISO recording for floppy drive emulation.

So you need to overwrite the MBR area. If GRUB is on the flash drive, then you need to replace the executable bit grub with the executable bit bootmgr. You can do this with BOOTICE or EasyBCD.
Or is it better to re-create a bootable flash drive using MultiBoot USB, adding Windows and Linux there. You can also recreate a bootable USB flash drive with Rufus.
It is possible to prescribe in GRUB the boot from the .iso image of Windows.

Don't Do This
For things like this, it's best to use svg and hover over it with filter: shadow.

Yes, it's better to do it through SVG, for example in this way

I found a version with pseudo-elements from this person https://codepen.io/Martin-Duran/pen/kFpaI?editors=1100
Selected one block from a bunch of design and similar in jsfiddle. ( https://jsfiddle.net/1wkjx1js/2/ )
Shadow with :hover for this option, I did not come up with, unfortunately, but half of the task is already something :)
