Windows could not collect data for [OSImage] because the specified image file [install.win] does not exist?

Burned the image to a flash drive. booting from the bios starts, and then gives an error:

Windows could not collect data for [OSImage] because the specified image file [install.win] does not exist.

It is this wine that is needed. (downloading another image is not recommended).
How can the problem be solved?
