Windows and Linux installers won't run on laptop, how to fix?

Hello! In general, I took my laptop out of the closet and there was no OS there, I decided to try installing Ubuntu 14.04, Lubuntu 18.04, 16.04, ArchLinux, Fedora and when Grub came out I chose the installation and it just hung on a black screen on which a black bar blinked

I decided to try to install Windows 7, I start the installation, and the files are downloading, then the Windows logo is shown and ..... Bsod .... I have no idea what's wrong .... Please help people with this, I have no idea how do i get an axle...

0xC0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates a memory access violation.
something is wrong with the RAM

Or just take out the memory, wipe the contacts and carefully put it back in place. Often there are just oxides after long storage.
