What is the difference between the Local Group Policy Editor and Local Security Policy?

There is a local policy, i.e. the policy of this particular machine.
It can be configured both locally and centrally, i.e. as part of a group.
As a result, you will set up the same thing.

One for this computer only, the other for the domain. It even follows from the name. Domain takes precedence over local.
