Windows 8 won't boot from usb?

Good night everybody.
There is a computer without cd/dvd. Initially, Windows 10 was installed. I installed Kali rolling via usb. There was a need to install Windows 8.
I downloaded the image, formatted the flash drive in ntfs via gparted, set the boot flag. Unetbootin didn't want to work, so I wrote the image the old-fashioned way sudo dd bs=4M if=windows8.iso of=/dev/sdc.
After selecting a flash drive in the boot menu, I see a blank screen. The cursor doesn't even blink.
I found a similar situation ( https://toster.ru/q/277875), but the solution did not help me, because flash drive in the same port from which kali downloaded.
Help, I've already killed half a day.

FAT32 and disable Secure Boot.
Win 8 does not need DD, you just need to upload the distribution files to a USB flash drive.
