Windows 8 embedded small touch keyboard?

I wish you good health, habravchanin.
I have a Windows 8 embedded system with a portrait screen. And on it the touchscreen keyboard looks scanty. Microsoft's website says that the size depends on the screen resolution, but the resolution is not so very large. Please leave any ideas on how to fix this.

Try in the registry in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Scaling] to create (or change) the key “MonitorSize” = ”10.1″

Google issued: www.imgpresents.com/bldabrd/bldabrd.htm?display=Order
Only I'm afraid it's expensive and solve too many tasks (customization of my keyboard)

It seems to me that this should also depend on the DPI of the monitor: the physical dimensions of the keyboard should +- be preserved. Maybe DPI is not detected correctly?
