Windows 8/10 wakes up on its own despite settings?
Sometimes there is a problem: Windows almost immediately returns from sleep. During the night, the cycle of "woke up - worked - fell asleep" can repeat itself seven times before the computer remains working until the morning.
No, I was not banned in Google, if everything was so simple, this question would not exist. Wake timers are disabled
in
power plan settings . Respectively,
C:\Windows>powercfg /waketimers
There are no active wake timers in the system.
C:\Windows>powercfg /devicequery wake_armed
NONE
C:\Windows>powercfg /requests
DISPLAY:
None.
SYSTEM:
None.
AWAYMODE:
None.
EXECUTION:
None.
PERFBOOST:
None.
The system has returned from a low power state.

No matter how strange it may sound, disabling the hibernation mode, as well as the timers for stopping the disk and when powered from the mains, helps.
cmd commands under admin:
powercfg -h off
powercfg -change -disk-timeout-ac 0
powercfg -change -standby-timeout-ac 0
Since I asked the question, I
- rebooted (after applying the settings, I did not do this);
- turned off wake-timers for all power plans (there are three of them by default) - based on , although the article is a little about something else.
The computer turned itself on only once to update itself.
Alas, I can’t say if any of this helped, and if so, what exactly.
