tried to disable superfith, disk indexing, disabled updates, stopped the module installation service, the update service. Nothing helps

The screenshot does not show which process is loading the disk.
If service host: Local service
Then you need to delete the C:\Windows\System32\sru\ directory and reboot the machine. This indexing has flown, after rebooting the system will restore the index.
