Windows 8.1 after updating NORMAL KEYBOARD on STATs. COMPE prints numbers instead of bukaf when on. Num Lock

And the numbers are printed on those letters, where they would be on a laptop keyboard? Is the keyboard connected via USB?
Once I encountered this on Windows 7. I got out of the situation by turning on the keyboard through the USB-PS2 adapter.
I would be glad if someone tells other solutions.
