Windows 7 won't boot (stops at the very start of boot)?

Hey!
After I tried to transfer the hard drive with Windows to another hardware, Windows stopped loading on the old hardware. The download stops at the very beginning, no file starts loading.
Here is a screenshot of trying to boot into safe mode. No driver even starts to load:

The native Windows recovery tool does not help, although it tries and insistently prompts you to start on the startup options screen.
What could be the problem?
