Why is the screen cut off on a laptop?

Good afternoon. The screen is cut off on the left side of the laptop screen. In the resolution settings, the maximum available is 1280 by 800 and the maximum frequency is 58 Hz. Although on this screen the resolution should be 1366 by 768 and 60 Hz, respectively
Tell me what could be the problem?
The diskette on the laptop is dead running Intel hd 4000 updated the firewood, demolished it completely and rearranged it. BIOS also reverses the screen. Discrete is disabled in bios.

It is possible that the maximum resolution of 1366 is available only on a discrete video card, while the video card integrated into the processor has a lower resolution. Also look at scaling options in OS settings
