Windows 7 virtual machine on Retina enable scaling?

There is Vmware Fusion 7. I created a virtual machine with Windows 7. After launch, all elements become small after launch. I put a smaller resolution in the Windows settings, I start stretching the resolution to the full screen again, it becomes large. How to make it work properly. what do you want? to make each pixel in the virtual machine as 2x2 pixels in the native screen? 200% fonts?
I didn’t dig in vmware - everything is easy to do in parallel (retina resolution in the settings of the virtual machine is removed in case you need 2x2). standard means font scale (well, everything else) in Windows is easy to adjust
ps. Windows 7 doesn’t scale well - it’s better to install Windows 8 + Stardock if the metro menu infuriates you and you want a classic start
