Windows 7 update problem?

Hi all! Help solve the problem!
Installed windows 7 x64! When installing the video card driver produces a blue screen of death.
Before starting the installations, it warns that the KB3033929 update is not installed!

When trying to install updates, it says that the update is already installed!

I am looking for updates in the Installed updates section, I could not find this update and decided to remove it via CMD (CMD launched as administrator)

Ultrabook Samsung active 4 NP470R5E
Driver version: Catalyst_16.2.1_UnifL_v1. 0 (Working) worked fine on an old build of WINx64.
Any suggestions?
