What is "cached" "available" and "free"?

Cached - the amount of virtual memory that is currently used to cache frequently requested data, this reduces disk load and speeds up programs.
Available - the amount of virtual memory currently available for use by applications.
Free - the amount of virtual memory that is currently not in use.
