Windows 7 loses network after waking up from sleep?

We have:
Computer with w7 x64 Enterprice on board, license. After the computer goes to sleep and “wakes up”, the network card hangs in the “identification” mode, it is solved by twitching the adapter in the control panel or twitching the cable. But doing it every time (or writing a script to automate a crutch) is bad manners.
Tell me, habralyudi, suddenly someone came across.

Alternatively, if IPv6 is not used, then disable it (protocol) in the adapter properties and you can still set the IP / Mask / DNS manually.

Maybe when you put to sleep the provider just covers your session? internet pppoe or the like? and when the computer wakes up, it doesn’t just twitch it, I have this on Linux ...
