Windows 7: how to swap windows in a group on the taskbar?

In Windows 7, the windows on the taskbar are grouped in the order in which they are opened. I can't find a way to move them anywhere.
A specific example: on my different monitors, chrome tabs are collected in different windows. Since the computer rarely reboots, I organized the tabs and got used to it so that in the first window there are communications and tabs that require a reaction, in the second the “be sure to read later” tabs are collected, in the third the documentation is open, in the fourth - development, and in the fifth all kinds of media. And all this stuffing sometimes flies out. Then, after a new boot, the windows do not open in the same order in which they were.
Who knows how to arrange them on the taskbar?
