Windows 7 endless loading, how to solve?

The other day I bought an ssd for a laptop, divided it into two sections. On one I installed windows 10 without problems, and on the second windows 7, but with a problem.

I can't figure out what the problem is. I assumed that Windows was incorrect, that I downloaded and reinstalled about 5 different windows 7. But the problem is the same.
