Windows 7-10 filename case?

Good day
Interested in case-sensitive file names
, nothing appeared in 10 for example?
Google is still silent, maybe Google
is wrong, it really needs 1.jpg and 1.JPG to be different files.
Z.Y. I am engaged in a garbage can of sites on technical support. overdofiga there are files of a similar kind in a different case. do not offer linux. tried many times to cook it, but trouble. then with firewood, then with rights. infuriates.
Windows put - and yuzay without tambourines.
but here's the problem with the files. I would like to be able to download both versions of the file without changes

Windows 10 (starting with version 1607) has a Linux Ubuntu environment. Try to work in it.

As they say, at your own risk: https://superuser.com/questions/266110/how-do-you-... but, as noted in this tip, it will be possible to write files with the same name in different case to screw , but, it seems, not by means of the OS itself (in terms of the explorer), but by third-party utilities like cygwin, git, etc.
