Windows 2012 softraid + zabbix monitoring?

Colleagues, after some time spent on research on how and with what to monitor a soft raid, I found several options
1. Parse diskpart output
2. Parse System Event's - (Only what are these ??)
3. Use additional. event generation software
What can you say? Who decides how to monitor Windows soft raid?
Plus, there is also a hemorrhoid with localized versions of Windows, there is an output of the same diskpart in Russian in general.
