Windows 10, white square instead of the Mail icon on the taskbar. How to fix?

Actually in the title there is a question, the built-in program Mail and Meridian. I had the same problem with the calendar, but it was solved by uninstalling and reinstalling (although they are installed together with Mail). I have already tried various methods to reset the icon cache, but they all seem to reset the cache of Windows 10 built-in programs.

@edikl

The same problem.
And apparently the problem is not very common.
Edward, enough time has passed, have you found a solution?
Most likely, you have sagethumbs and png support is enabled in it. It is
enough to remove sagethumbs (or turn off png support in it) and then clear the cache of icons and thumbnails.
