Works for me. Maybe the drivers for the adapters are not installed or there are not enough rights?
I remembered that version 5 did not work for me.

VirtualBox 5.0.0 has problems with Windows 10, they write about it on the download page:

Download the test build of VirtualBox, it might solve your problem.
