Windows 10, running RSAT as a different user?
Colleagues, as you know, RSAT has finally been released for the full version of Windows 10. I rolled it up, the controls appeared, but! I'm sitting in the system as a normal user (admin rights only to my machine). To make changes to AD, a separate user with domain admin rights has always been used. And earlier, on 7-ke, I launched RSAT elements on behalf of this particular, privileged user.
In 10-ke run on behalf of another user, I can only .exe - files, elements of MMC consoles - no longer. What to do?

Understood. So:
After I installed RSAT, administration tools appeared in the "applications" menu. For them, only launch as an administrator was available - which was not suitable, since it was required to run it under a specific user [email protected] . With the Shift key pressed, this item was missing in the context menu. In the process of perversions, the following solutions were found:
1. Run runas from the console, specifying the appropriate msc snap-in. It works, it's inconvenient.
2. Copy the folder with AdministrativeTools from the allusers profile (by running the file manager as an administrator). Works.
3. It turned out to be the easiest to make a change to the registry: create a dword32 key ShowRunasDifferentuserinStart with the content 1 in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer section. After the reboot, the desired link appeared in the drop-down menu. Made according to information from here
Have you tried right-clicking while holding shift? Select "Run as different user" from the context menu.
