Windows 10 - Out of memory. How to fix?

Hello.
I launch GTA V + Mad Max + Rise of Tomb Raider + Mafia III, the memory fills up by 10 GB out of 16 and the programs start to crash with the "Not enough memory" error. What is the problem?

Enable the swap file.

Программа запрашивает 4гб памяти, система выдает 200мб или столько сколько нужно вотпрямщас но в уме держит что 4гб уже как бы нет.
