Good afternoon!
Tell me how to translate tiles on Windows 10 into Russian!? I've looked all over the system and can't find it.
There is an official image of Windows 10 x64-1511 rus + all the latest updates - the system itself is in Russian, and the tiles (weather, mail, etc. we are talking about standard ones) in English, how to fix the situation !?
Google is silent on this (((

The top one should be Russian
