Hello everyone, why is windows 10 not loaded to the initial screen from 1 time, it is treated only by a subsequent reboot?
What is the problem connected with, rolled onto the new ssd on the old hdd the same disease was?

If the problem appears on a freshly installed Windows, then the problem may be in the UEFI / BIOS of the motherboard. Try to disable functions like Fast Boot and the like there, they may well put spokes in the wheels.
