Windows 10, can't expand any volume other than system volume, how to fix?

In Disk Management, you can usually expand any volume from the existing unallocated area, except for the system volume. I have - on the contrary, only the system and expands.

@Satori_Kanzo

Using standard tools, you can only expand the volume that is in front of the unallocated area.
You can use remontcompa.ru/198-kak-uvelichit-disk-d.html .
Or connect the section as a folder ( https://support.microsoft.com/ru-ru/kb/307889 )
