Where did the disk go?

There are three drives: C - Windows, D - Files, XAMPP, etc, U - Ubuntu.
So when I boot into Ubuntu, I can get to disk D and sculpt my project there. And when I boot into Windows, the U disk just disappears. What's the fak?

You probably have ext4 on D, which Windows does not see
