Windows 10 blocks StackOverflow, Laravel.io and a bunch of other sites?

After I switched to the 10th (litsukha), now I can’t access some sites, writes

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22768230/unknown-column-id-in-where-clause-in-laravel-with-custom-id-attribute might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Something I doubt that all the sites have been massively put down, some of them are not connected at all.

Try to register DNS from Google or Yandex in the connection settings.
