Win 32 archiver with 2-4 GB dictionary?
Just a database of 2000 mb per month ... for a month they differ by 5%..
and 7zip 2019 x86 maximum dictionary = 512mb ...
and rar5 2019 x86 is even smaller = 256mb
the archiver does not have enough corny dictionary size (with a continuous archive in the compression settings )
to understand that 2-30 files of 2000 mb differ, then by 5%,
at least 7zip gives a compression of 8% of the original size,
but it should be even cooler if the files match, then by 95%

I already answered you earlier.
You just try to walk through the text sql dump with diff, the result will surprise you, no archiver will shrink so effectively.
By the way, sql diff itself is not very effective, but if you use a specialized tool that is specifically designed to detect differences in database data, you can get even more profit (i.e. the patch will be equal to exactly the data that has been changed).
Unfortunately, ready-made tools are most often sharpened for a specific database, and this obviously will not be firebird. Look at the utilities from dbForge data compare , maybe it will suit you (although it is redundant for your task), it seems there was an opportunity to connect to any database.
That's right, look for a programmer who will file a command line utility for you exactly for this task, it can take less than a week of coding.
