Will Windows crash after replacing a piece of hardware?

Hello!
The question arose about the partial replacement of iron in my Sony VAIO SVF-152c29v laptop.
Background ...
Now I have a Windows 10 x64 Home version license, which I upgraded for free in due time. Over the years, I have reset Windows to factory settings several times via the button on the ASSIST laptop, after which I returned to the installed Windows 7 x64 Home edition license. It was no problem to go to the Windows website and download MediaCreationTool1909 to upgrade to Windows 10 x64 Home edition license.
Now.
I'm going to replace the processor, HHD with an SSD with Windows transfer, and put the HDD in a DVD drive sled and increase the amount of RAM by 4GB.
1) Will I be able to keep my Windows license when migrating Windows 10 x64 Home Edition?
2) Or do you first need to reset everything to factory settings to roll back Windows to version 7 (via the ASSIST button), then transfer the system to an SSD, replace the processor, add RAM, insert HHD formatted it and then partition it into the necessary partitions?
There is no key on the laptop, only a Windows sticker.
Thank you in advance!

You can. Anything you change will not affect the license. Unless, of course, you will clone a disk with an OS.

Will not fly off. Everything will be OK. I have a Toshiba Tecra R940 laptop, and I upgraded to 10k even before the upgrade, when there was a regular 320 gigabyte screw and 4 GB of RAM. As a result, I threw more RAM, up to 10 gigs, and changed the screw to an SSD. And even so, he could easily "jump" between OEM Windows 7 Pro and Windows 10 Pro, the image of which was pulled into the Media Creation Tool. It’s enough for you under 10 to simply log into your account from Mike, everything will pull itself up, including the previous desktop wallpapers from the last installation of 10. The license, of course, too.
It's very good that you didn't ask this question on the Microsoft forum, as I did. There you would very quickly be lowered into the dirt with your face, calling you a one-eyed heretic under a pirate flag. Allegedly, the dozens license obtained during the ball update is valid only until the first reinstallation of Windows. And then the type is no longer considered a license, although it is quietly being validated by Microsoft services. In short, use it.

If you clone the data from the disk, then everything is OK!
Or I recommend you buy Windows 10 Professional https://altonkey.com/microsoft-windows/windows-10/... a license activation key at a cheap price
