It will rise, there will be no differences with the desktop. Windows 10 on a tablet is a slightly modified version of the desktop. The question is different - how much your fifth point will burn during work. I have a tablet on win 10 and it's 1GB of RAM and a 2-core 1 GHz processor. You can’t work on it in sublime, but what can we say about vs (Windows in statics takes 600+ mb).
