Will they teach me?
Hello! Now I am on the 2nd course at the technical school on the specialty "Programming in computer systems". The question is this: Will they at least teach me the basics of programming, so that I can start from something, so to speak, at least some kind of base, perhaps even several programming languages. What do you think or know about this, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

In general, no one knows what kind of teachers you have in trouble, but here's the average for the hospital: They will teach you how to
draw flowcharts, tell you what algorithms, arrays and data types are. If you're lucky, you can even solve puzzles in Cubase.
Do not expect anything worthwhile there, choose some language and learn on your own.
The position is incorrect.
Man is not taught.
The person learns on his own.
And the educational institution only helps him.
those who can be taught usually program decently to a technical school, and instead of a technical school they go to universities to learn how to solve complex problems.
any intellectual profession requires a lot of effort in self-study, if you are not ready for this, then it's time to focus on a simpler profession
Usually, a person can already write a "calculator" by the time of admission. When you know how to program, the language itself fades into the background.
And if you can’t even imagine where to start writing a “calculator” by the second year, then the answer will be “No”. In fact, programming is not for everyone.
I'm graduating from university with a degree in Computer Engineering. In fact, what I learned from my studies:
1. Everything depends on the teacher. This affects the attitude to the subject, and therefore, if you really like, for example, python, and the teacher can just read lectures from a book, then you will not like this language.
2. You won't get out of there without basic knowledge.
3. Maybe bad advice, but the less you go to classes, the more you have the opportunity to study what you need and want.
4. Do not grab everything at once, especially an educational institution will always offer you new options for what you could do and study, for me it became a problem, I grabbed everything that was interesting and didn’t study anything thoroughly, now I have only minimal knowledge from many areas of IT, but in the labor market I do not represent any value. Right now you need to decide what you want to study, what to work with, study it, and when you have experience - "look around."
