Will there be problems with Cyrillic in programs on Win 10 Pro in English? versions?

Hello!
For certain, I prefer to use English-language versions of the OS, so there was a need to demolish Windows 10 Home Single Language with Russian and install a normal Pro in English. But I have a number of concerns: I remember when I opened Russian programs on Windows 7 English, there were problems with the Cyrillic alphabet: questions and hieroglyphs instead of letters, and all this was solved by some far from the most obvious methods.
Question: will there be such problems on Win 10 Pro, or did Microsoft finally work out such moments by 10k?

If the program does not support Unicode, these problems are solved on Win10 in the same way as on the previous ones, by simply setting the locale setting for non-Unicode programs to Russian:

See how the program is written.
If, for example, we are talking about a console application, then the default font does not support cp866 at all.
For normally (by standards) written GUI programs, there are no problems.
Clumsy, written on ancient technologies - fonts can display crookedly.
Win 10 or Win 7 English are basically no different in this.
