Will there be data left after deleting an app?

Posted a beta.
I updated the application for the test, the data showed that it was at the time of the update.
Deleted the app.
Installed beta. Instead of an empty list, two records were displayed, one in May, the other in June.
Data in sqlite.
Question... Isn't the data deleted in full along with the application?
And why was the displayed data different after update and after deletion?

No. User data and cache are deleted separately.
