Will there be any problems due to changing the IP on the domain controller?

There was a need to change the LAN addressing from 192.168.1.0/24 to 10.0.0.0/8. There are 150 nodes in the network.

may arise. Looking where DHCP and DNS.
Update DNS records. Change DHCP.
And after changing the IP to DC, you need to do:
and in theory everything will be fine. Well, reboot to all clients.

They wrote about DHCP and DNS above, but another piece of advice - if you are expanding only due to an increase in the address space, consider changing the network 192.168.1.0/24 to, for example, 192.168.0.0/22, this can be done without network downtime and reboots , keeping the current addresses and changing only the masks.
If you just want to use addresses from a different range, for example, you conflict with something - do not use 10.0.0.0/8, take some subnet from the very beginning, for example 10.144.0.0/16 - this will reduce the likelihood of address conflicts with something more in the future and avoid another renumbering.

In theory, there should be no problems, dhcp will need to be reconfigured and dns. And why such a fat mask for such a small number of nodes?

The main thing is that users have access to DNS, and it has the correct addresses of the controllers. By domain name the controller has to respond. Then everything will take care of itself.
