Will there be ads in music downloaded via vk api?

I want to give up eternal sitting in VK, but I'm not ready to say goodbye to music. There are no normal clients on the desktop, I wanted to write my own. But there are 2 difficulties:

• Will there be advertising in the downloaded track?
  
• Will my application be banned by token if it is in demand?

There will be no 100% advertising. Just because the VK API methods related to music have been disabled since December 16, 2016 https://vk.com/dev/audio_api
