Will there be access to themeforest updates when buying it through a subscription?

A WP template on themeforest costs $60, and a monthly subscription is $33
The template is needed only for your one site and that's it.
In this regard, 2 questions:
1. How to find out if it will be possible to download a template by subscription (because I read that not all elements are covered by a subscription)
2. After the subscription ends, will there be access to updates to this template?
