Will the user have the Helvetica font on Debian if the app is built with electron?

I am making an application in JS, in the future it will be built for Windows, Linux, Mac OS using electron. The application uses the Helvetica font, which is included with Windows. Will it be in other platforms, or should it be torn out and given to the user?

Of course not. Firstly, Helvetica Neue is bundled only with OS X, and secondly, Helvetica Neue is, in general, a commercial font. What should a commercial font do in Debian?
