Friends, tell me. Lost bios password on Intel Server Motherboard. The server is configured with soft raid in BIOS. If I reset the password in bios with a jumper, the raid settings will also fail and the system will stop booting? How to be?

Read the controller documentation on how to restore raid from disks.
All controllers are able to collect raids without cleaning disks, although it is often hidden in hell.

If soft is not, why would it be? How exactly did you set up RAID, mdadm, or otherwise? What system?

Should not be spoiled. As a last resort, turn off the drives and recover the password calmly.
