Will the provider see the second PC on the network?

The provider allows you to connect only one computer via cable. The rest is only on wi-fi. If you connect another computer via cable, there will be an additional charge. Is it possible to connect 2 PCs on one cable by splitting it through a splitter? Well, that is, will the provider see the second PC?

Usually the provider does not see subscribers beyond your router, where the Internet comes from the provider. (Unless the provider itself provides the router. Then, theoretically, it can see everything that you have inside the network) In general, leave the provider with such cockroaches

everything is done quite simply.
Write out the mac-address of the device that the provider allows to connect to its network,
connect the router to the provider and change the mac of the external interface of the router, to mac from the first paragraph,
the standard router settings follow.
Oh, how many acquaintances had to help at one time with such providers ..

More as he sees. Get a list of MAC addresses on your port and that's it.
