If there is something to be afraid of, then it is better to do it on different domains for different hosting, because there is a possibility of a knock from competitors and an affiliate from Yandex as a result.

If there is only one company, the subject is commercial and the company sells something on this site and the organization's data (numbers, phone numbers, addresses, appearances) will be the same, don't expect anything good. If you need a presence in different domain zones, it is better to put a 301 redirect and send everyone to one domain.
