Will the customer withdraw the money if I did not do some work?

Hello everyone
I have a limit of 30 hours/week. Let's say I did something in 30 hours, but something didn't or didn't work the way the customer wanted. Does he have the right to review to withdraw all funds? What was your experience in this situation?

Well, if you agreed to do everything in a week (30 hours), and there is not much left, then you can finish it for free. Depends on volumes, details of agreements and other things. Or ask to increase the limit of hours per week to the required one.
If you didn’t explicitly agree, then it would be good form to describe the situation (NOT excuses, but facts, like you had to do this and that. I did it, and then such and such problems came out) give your assessment time for revisions and ask for an increase in the hours limit.
Most likely, he cannot withdraw all funds, although there are precedents for demanding the return of everything through support, but this is only from inadequate ones.
According to the personal experience of me, my agency and friends - no one presented anything.

Of course, he will withdraw if part of the agreed work is not done and if you do not agree with him for hourly pay ...

if we agreed on one thing and you did another, I always withdraw the money. because I don't need what you did.
