Will the ban pass?

I parsed rutor.info.
And the server banned me, now I can't access the site.
Question: is the ban permanent? And how can I get to the site? Changing ip and user-agent does not help.

The behavioral filter has been triggered.
In theory, right and to the point!
Why provoke the robot and torment the server with requests?

The server is a dumb piece of iron! There are no arms and legs and it works around the clock. While the admins are sleeping, I'll salt the whole site, otherwise they have a lope, even if I have a drain!
And the piece of iron, what will it do to me? Well, she doesn’t have arms or legs, or else say she’ll be banned for a jump?!)))) How will she understand what exactly I’m leaking something? Maybe I'm just looking at the pages. And the piece of iron - not the administrator! And the admins are sleeping!)))
I have nothing to be afraid of and it's time to merge the content until the admins have figured it out!
For the first time, a day is usually, but then - see for yourself.

Change ip for example through a proxy and make the pars delay higher between requests.
When prompted, change the user-agent.

How is it - changing ip does not help? behavioral filter?
Try to modify your request a little bit through the proxy and change the user-agent, and change the proxy for each request accordingly
