Will the assembly grow?
I want to assemble a gaming PC, but at the moment I can’t pull a complete set. I decided to assemble a small assembly for growth, in order to replace something in the future and add something.
Here is the initial assembly (approximate budget 40,000) - https://www.dns-shop.ru/custompc/configuration/7c0...
Will it go so that, ideally, this will turn out in the future (somewhere to the end I plan to switch to it for a year, there is an option to put the GTX 1070 if the release of the RTX 2070 and RTX 2080 will drop the price) - https://www.dns-shop.ru/custompc/configuration/558...
If there are any comments, or maybe something -something to replace in both assemblies, I will be glad to hear (read).

We throw out the g5600 processor and install the g4560. We put the difference in a NORMAL power supply! What aerocool for 2500? We take Seasonic, Corsair, Chieftec or be quiet. At least 5k. And then we buy RGB, but we score on durability and safety.
Several initial flaws immediately catch my eye. If you take it for growth, then ....
Take the cheapest DDR4 bar, one for 8GB. Even Silicon Power is quite enough, it will work no worse than Kingston. Now you do not need whistles and prettiness, but for such a processor and a dual-channel memory mode. Then, in the process of growth, add more slats, dual-channel memory mode starts to work for you and there is room for 3 more slats.
For the money saved, instead of a 128GB SSD, you take 256GB, preferably from Samsung. They certainly won't be redundant.
Hard drive WD Black 2.5" - are you serious? Take a normal 3.5" from the same WD, only Blue, for the same price you can pick up 2TB for 5400, in terms of speed it will practically not be inferior to your version. And in general, you have enough for everything, I'm telling you as a user of the WD Green series, which is weaker. But the noise will be an order of magnitude less than 7200.
Further...
If you plan to overclock, that is, then someday put a processor with the letter K. I recommend taking something from Asus on the same chipset instead of an MSI motherboard. Some people write that with overclocking, MSI sometimes messes up.
The Aerocool VX power supply - I also think it’s not very good, if it’s from this company, then from the KCAS series, but better Seasonic or Chieftec.
Case .... Well, such a solution, I would rather take the cheapest NZXT Phantom 240 - it is of better quality and most likely there is no this stupid box below that interferes with the normal flow of air.
Oops ...
Basically, this is an office car, in which the monstrous game mother from MSI

1. Prots. I understand, then you will change it. And where will you go, sell cheap? Think about it, maybe you should immediately take a normal percentage.
2. Mother. NEVER buy MSI gaming motherboards. Asus/Gigabyte will cost noticeably cheaper and - that's how a person who has been working on hardware from Gigabyte since 2000 - is no worse (there was an opportunity to compare with MSI, with no worse mother)
3. Memory 2x4 - stupid. Take either 1x8 or 2x8. The mother usually has 4 slots maximum, 16G is now the minimum, in 2-3 years 32 will be needed.
4. A power supply unit will definitely not work without a replacement for outgrowth. If Aerocool, then KCAS, or Chieftec, for example. And power (if GFX1060 and higher is expected) - from 750
