Will the account be blocked for a DDOS attack?

If my VDS is attacked, will DigitalOcean block my account? Faced this with another host. Thanks in advance for your reply!

They told me in tech support that they would also cut it down for the duration of the attack. I think it's kind of standard procedure.

On cheap tariff plans, they do this everywhere, it is not profitable for anyone to operate expensive protection equipment for the sake of VDS for a couple of bucks a month.

Regular host - yes. With ddos protection, like this one , no, since protecting a specific domain is their main goal. But the cost of such hosting, of course, is higher.
